Lafarge Africa appoints Viola Graham-Douglas as communications, public affairs, sustainability development director

Starting at Lafarge Cement WAPCO Nigeria as a Treasurer, she steadily ascended through the ranks to become the Country Communications Director before transitioning to Guinness Nigeria Plc as Corporate Relations Director. Her return to Lafarge Africa marks a significant milestone in her professional journey.

Described as passionate, committed, and results-oriented, Viola is recognized for her adherence to excellence and her collaborative approach to teamwork. Her extensive experience in corporate communications, spanning over a decade, underscores her proficiency in navigating complex organizational landscapes and driving strategic initiatives.

Viola’s academic background complements her professional expertise. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University, further augmented by a Master of Business Administration from Sheffield Hallam University and a Master of Science in Investment Management from Cass Business School.
