MultiChoice Nigeria, a prominent pay-TV company, has kickstarted its highly anticipated annual ‘Step Up’ promo for both DStv and GOtv customers.
The promotional campaign, which commenced on January 15, is scheduled to run until March 31, offering subscribers the opportunity to enjoy premium entertainment content at reduced costs.
In an official media release on its website, MultiChoice emphasized its commitment to providing top-notch entertainment experiences for its customers through initiatives like the ‘Step Up’ promo.
During this promotional period, customers who upgrade or reconnect to a higher package will receive an additional boost to an even higher package within 48 hours. The offer is open to both new and active customers, including those who have been disconnected and choose to reconnect.
Explaining the mechanics of the promo, MultiChoice outlined specific scenarios for DStv and GOtv customers. For instance, DStv Yanga package subscribers who upgrade to the Confam package will enjoy boosted access to the Compact package. Similarly, customers on the Compact package who renew on Compact Plus will receive an upgrade to experience DStv Premium.
On the GOtv platform, customers upgrading from Jolli to Max will automatically receive a boost to the Supa package. Those opting for an upgrade to Supa will be further upgraded to Supa+. This strategic initiative aims to provide subscribers with a broader spectrum of world-class content, encompassing sports events such as AFCON, Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, UEFA Champions League, Europa League, FA Cup, and Carabao Cup. Additionally, subscribers can access a diverse range of content, including Africa Magic original drama series, international movies, series, telenovelas, music shows, news, and children’s entertainment.
The promotional period follows the conclusion of the tier-down offer, which allowed customers on the DStv Compact and GOtv Supa+ packages to view the premium AM Showcase channel. As part of the ongoing celebration of Africa Magic @20, MultiChoice aims to provide its subscribers with increased value through the ‘Step Up’ promo.
Customers are encouraged to take advantage of this limited-time offer to enjoy an enriched viewing experience with access to an array of captivating content across various genres.
