Nigerian Women in Public Relations unveils speakers for 2024 experiencing PR conference

Nigerian Women in Public Relations has announced the lineup of confirmed speakers for the 2024 edition of its flagship event, the Experiencing PR Conference. Set to occur on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at The Civic Centre in Lagos, the conference will focus on the theme “Quiet Wars: Leveraging Public Relations for Conflict Management.”

The event will feature distinguished speakers, including renowned thought leaders and business professionals from various sectors, providing insights, real-world expertise, and case studies on conflict navigation. Special highlights include addresses from global leaders such as James Hewes, CEO of the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA), and Hemant Gaule, Dean of the School of Communications & Reputation.

Two-panel sessions are scheduled: the Business Panel and the Industry Panel. The Business Panel, titled “From the Generals: Stakeholder Management Strategies that Worked,” will feature speakers Lucy Pearson, Debbie Larry-Izamoje, and Osayi Alile, moderated by Nene Bejide. The Industry Panel, discussing “PR Strategies to Win Quiet Wars in Business and Government,” will include Eloine Barry and Bolaji Abimbola, with Edemekong Uyoh leading the conversation.

Tolulope Olorundero, Founder of Nigerian Women in Public Relations, expressed excitement about the diverse lineup of speakers, emphasizing their professionalism across sectors.
